Chapter Six

It's Go Time

This is a copy of the "official" party invite.

It's not until tonight at 7pm so Rafe had plenty of time to tend to his garden in his favorite red shorts.

I noticed some beetles crawling around by the back edge of his land.

Now, I know I saw him pick up one of those little things...

*HAHAHAHA* It went up his leg!!!

Needless to say, he lost whatever money it would have brought to us. His punishment?

He had to clean up his lot before the party.

This is to show that the bathroom sequence was designed by a woman as no man would force a male Sim to put the seat down when he was done.

Rafe is being optimistic and filling the dog bowls in case he doesn't come home tonight. *wink, wink-nudge, nudge*

Oh, for Pete's sake, you are forever complaining about food. Eat one of your tomatoes!

Before Rafe can even greet Hailey, her friends asks him to pose for a quick picture. *Feel free to reply with your thoughts as to what is going through Hailey's mind right now*

Finally, the greeting Rafe was hoping for.

*shivers* Just so you know, she will be un-vampified as soon as they are hitched.

And as per EA's stupid-ness, the party was lame.

Hailey joined Rafe on the couch and introduced him to this chick, whose name escapes me at this moment.

But she was a total creeper! She stood staring while Rafe and Hailey made out on the couch.

And I can bet you guys know where this kind of thing leads, right?

Only, Hailey's roommate had already claimed the bed they were trying to use.

Rafe laughed it off and said his good nights. There will be plenty of time for that soon enough.

And guess where he ended up going?

But Gracie explained that there would be none of that tonight as she was due to pop in a few hours.

This is where Rafe explains that if the child happens to be a boy, he has full rights and she shall give up the child to him when he is ready for him.

Gracie once again assures Rafe it's a girl.

But now ... I am not so sure. She offers him her couch as I don't think she wanted to be alone on this night.

And no matter where his master lays his head, Cesar is never far away. *Good Boy!*

I would like to point out that Gracie was DRINKING when the labor started. Not a responsible thing to do.

Rafe starts to complain of sympathy pains. *Why I oughtta ... never mind, get the car!*

It's her car so I guess it's better that she drives.

Rafe watches as Gracie makes it inside the Hospital then heads home. *WHAT?!*

Yes, his poor farmer's heart is dedicated to his garden.

But no worries as I was nosy enough to follow Gracie and find out it was indeed a boy. Say hello to Julio (pronounced "Who-Lee-Oh") Montoya. I am going to allow Gracie to care for him until I can at least build a room for the babe to sleep in. Hence the urgency to marry, Rafe!!!
